Con precedente en el estudio de mercado se detectó que este servicio será reconocido sin embargo en la sociedad se tienen que adoptar a otras opciones porque no existe un lugar o instalaciones que opte por una mejora para la ciudadanía. Resignación Territorial pretende incentivar el correcto procedimiento y normativa que se va enfatizar en este punto de manera integral.
