Streszczenie:Through this case study, the references of a 21-year-old patient are made known where she performs a home follow-up for presenting a personal pathological history (PAD) of miliary tuberculosis with a first-phase treatment, a loss is observed of considerable weight, loss of appetite, fever with chills, cough with phlegm, the patient reports that she did not maintain contact with any person with tuberculosis, the patient was admitted to the SC Hospital associated with pneumonia with a period of 11 days, keeps under the surveillance of his family member. The assigned physician sends a series of examinations that showed the following results, cardiovascular silhouette with erased cardiac profile, normal thoracic aorta, hila, normal, normal hemidiaphragms, in turn a physical examination is performed where the following contribution is given, skin and normo-colored and moist mucosa, non-infiltrative subcutaneous cellular tissue (SCT), respiration shows dyspnea, intercostal draws, noises are heard by means of pulmonary auscultation, a murmur at the level of both lung fields, no rales in the cardiovascular area, rhythms and good capillary filling, presents considerable weight loss and according to the tests carried out the patient presents moderate malnutrition.
