| Zusammenfassung: | The present case study was developed in the Commercial Katita of the Ricaurte Parish, Urdaneta Canton, its commercial activities are focused on the sale of products in stores, alcoholic beverages and gas in cylinders. In its beginnings it worked as a small family business, however, as it currently projects, it has maintained a progressive growth, however, this does not mean that it is exempt from presenting shortcomings within the activities of its business. The findings found in the investigation that was carried out in the commercial focus on the problem regarding the poor management of inventory control, which has been causing events to occur that affect the activities of the business, among them are the poor record of the exact quantities of products kept in stock, deterioration and loss of merchandise due to poor procedures in the warehouse, this as a result of the lack of a manual of procedures and functions and trained human talent. The research line of this case study is directed to the "Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management" specifically focused on the subline "Public and private companies" with the objective of carrying out an analysis of the inventory control of Comercial Katita and determine existing shortcomings in the processes used to manage inventory. The methodology used for the development of this research is of an inductive nature, in addition the analytical method is implemented using the interview and observation as instruments for the collection of information. |
