Las redes sociales y su impacto en la comunicación efectiva en el Barrio Santa Martha del Cantón Buena Fe, año 2019

During the investigation process many appreciations were evidenced on the use and application of social networks, the same ones that mainly use Facebook WhatsApp Instagram, among others in a smaller proportion; This generates concern because the inhabitants of this sector have a very particular characteristic that lies in the lack of effective communication resulting from the investigation, and then they propose a proposal with the objective of improving in that area. In the mentioned sector a great impact of the social networks was generated because they are available to all, however, it is necessary that the execution of the guidance guide be continued gradually among the inhabitants of the sector when they hold a meeting in some massive event. The evolution of those of technology has motivated the massive use of social networks. It has happened that the inhabitants neglect other family, work and cultural environments that cause disinterest in relating to each other and generate alterations in their habits following a pattern or tendency and take advantage of these digital tools and use the techniques of oral and written expression for the development of communication processes, due to the augmented reality approach with which the inhabitants of the Santa Martha sector use.
