Beneficios sociales de los empleados de la Exportadora Green Life Fruits, de la Parroquia San Juan.

The general vision of this research work is to know the social benefits of the employees of the Green Life Fruits exporter, of the San Juan Parish. There are no limitations in this research, since it will be deeply investigated in all the possible fields in which this study can be developed. The objective of the study is to know if the exporter Green Life Fruits complies with the social benefits to its employees and workers. Knowing that social benefits are essential services for the day to day, therefore, employees receive an essential product, which also gives them tax advantages. It increases their motivation and improves the feeling of belonging to the company. The social benefits to the employees of Green life fruits generate personal happiness, in this way the employees are committed to the company and their performance is higher, besides they are necessary for the development of any organization. The methodology used in this research is qualitative and quantitative, since it sought to describe and investigate whether the company complied with the respective social benefits. One of the problems to be solved was to know whether or not the social benefits are given to the workers of this exporter. It was concluded that the exporter, which was the central axis of the study, does not provide benefits to its employees and workers, and does not comply with each of them as required by law. In addition, it is very necessary to continue advancing in every sense, in order to change and take advantage of that within the work environment in the exporter, and thus have a better self-realization and favorability within the organization.
