Summary:A clinical case of a 56-year-old patient is presented. Referring previous diagnosis of grade four keratoconus in the left eye and right eye. Progressive loss of visual acuity was presented, the patient underwent keratoplasty due to irregular deformation of the cornea in both eyes. He currently has visual acuity in the right eye 0.1 and in the left eye 0.2. Complementary tests were performed, diagnosing keratoglobus. Atlantis double flat scleral lens was fitted in both eyes, reaching 0.7 visual acuity.
