In addition, the management and preparation of the personnel was observed to use this system and be able to get the most out of it.Este estudio de caso se llevo a cabo en la ferretería Electroferro de la ciudad de ventanas y se trato de un análisis al sistema informático, revisando como esta constituido su funcionamiento y como ha ayudado a la empresa en su manejo de la información. Se llevo a efecto mediante una investigación de campo, y los instrumentos utilizados fueron la entrevista y la observación directa, que nos permitieron conocer la información correcta para el análisis final. También se analizo el sistema contable Onsystec, a breve rasgos se observó el funcionamiento de los módulos principales que utiliza la empresa para el control de los productos eléctricos y electrónicos de la empresa.
