After the product of the analysis, it was concluded that the local community agrees with the tourism development in the area. Despite, that previously has not occurred. However, for reasons of being able to improve their quality of life and being able to have additional economic income, this has led them to appreciate the tourist phenomenon in a positive way. |

Esta investigación busca analizar el punto de vista y las perspectivas de los habitantes. Las perspectivas son importantes para conocer si los habitantes, están o no, de acuerdo con el desarrollo turístico en la zona. Se obtuvieron los resultados, a través, de la técnica de investigación, que fue la encuesta y su método es muestreo por conveniencia, se decidió aplicar este método debido a la situación de emergencia que estamos pasando. La encuesta se aplicó a 100 personas de la parroquia La Unión del cantón Babahoyo, de entre 25 a 65 años de edad, para conocer sus percepciones, desde un punto de vista turístico. Luego del producto del análisis se llegó a la conclusión de que, la comunidad local está de acuerdo con el desarrollo turístico, en la zona. A pesar, que con anterioridad no se ha dado.
