Nowadays, information technology is advancing by leaps and bounds, leading organizations to have a computer system that is the fundamental pillar for the management of their activities. Computers allow us to process large amounts of information at high speed and accuracy, so that through them you can run various applications of all kinds, from a utility program to a specific application that manages all the information processed in the different departmental areas of the organization, all with the aim of meeting the goals set and achieving their objectives. The Skegui store is located on the streets Cinco de Junio, between May 27 and Pedro Carbo, Babahoyo county, Province of Los Ríos. Its main activity is the purchase and sale of clothing for ladies, gentlemen, children and various toys in general. At present, the warehouse has a computer application that allows them to manage merchandise inventory activities, billing of items, cash movements, merchandise purchases, expense management, bank movements, payment roles, accounting records, among others. . With the present investigation, we intend to carry out an analysis of the information system that is in the Skegui warehouse, in order to identify and describe the possible problems related to all the processes involved in the systematization and to be able to recommend that the necessary corrections be made to This information system with the purpose of obtaining a better product and in turn strengthening the management of the activities carried out by the company.
