The nursing care process involves an encompassing through a nursing diagnosis that allows to verify the potential problems evidenced in order to plan the activities that will help improve the patient's clinical condition. Therefore, one of the main reasons applied to the patient is to provide good quality care and warmth in direct care nursing interventions and obtain favorable results and improve their health, when performing these procedures the proposed objective that was implemented was achieved. |
