This case study is related to the research subline of the trade career "Marketing and commercialization", the administrators of the premises had all the predisposition to provide the necessary information, as well as the active participation of the clients when answering the respective questionnaire. |

También se utilizó el tipo de investigación descriptivo que permite analiza las características de una población o fenómeno sin entrar a conocer las relaciones entre ellas. Para el presente trabajo se aplicó una técnica de encuesta que permitió recopilar información primaria de los clientes de la lubricadora y lavadora Black Door mediante un cuestionario estructurado que se desarrolló para el efecto.
