The personnel of the establishments must create new strategies of how to provide a good service to the visitors, that is, they must be trained and prepared people, to increase the influx of visitors to the establishment. As techniques used for the possible investigation, the interview and the survey were used, to find the most detailed data, of the analysis and verification of the information provided of the visitors who answered the specific questions about the tourist quality of the lodging establishments, which It allowed to know if the establishments provide a quality service and establish new alternatives that provide a better service to visitors. Accommodation establishments are essential for the tourism sector within the city. Not having a good quality, there will be no boost in tourism and economic development in the city of Canton Babahoyo. |
