El personal de los establecimientos deber crear nuevas estrategias de como brindar un buen servicio a los visitantes es decir deben ser personas capacitadas y preparadas, para incrementar la afluencia de visitantes hacia el establecimiento. Como técnicas empleadas para la posible investigación se utilizó la entrevista y la encuesta, encontrar los datos más detallados, del análisis y la comprobación de la información proporcionada de los visitantes que respondieron a las preguntas específicas sobre la calidad turística de los establecimientos de hospedaje lo que permitió conocer si los establecimientos brindan un servicio de calidad y establecer nuevas alternativas que brinden un mejor servicio a los visitantes. Los establecimientos de alojamientos son fundamentales para el sector turístico dentro de la urbe.
