A partir de la información obtenida se evidenciaron factores específicos vinculados a la escasa predisposición y compromiso de los empleados para con la empresa. Los métodos investigativos empleados fueron analítico e inductivo, el instrumento utilizado fue la entrevista dirigida al personal de la entidad.
