El presente estudio de caso se denomina " Análisis de las cuentas por cobrar de los usuarios de CNEL Los Ríos en el periodo 2019 y 2020 investigación se realizó con la finalidad de dar a conocer la variación porcentual de las cuentas . La empresa eléctrica a tenido cambios debido a la pandemia, los usuarios han incrementado en los reclamos de la planilla por el consumo excesivo.
