Utilizando la linea de investigacion el cual está orientado al desarrollo de sistemas, cuya línea hace referencia a la Ingeniería del Software. En este estudio de caso se utilizan las metodologías deductiva e inductiva en las cuales la deductiva es el que parte de lo general a lo particular con este tema propuesto se estudiará y se llevará a cabo una investigación de los procesos de control de ventas y, administración de inventarios.
