Evaluación del servicio de internet del ISP JATNET de la ciudad de Babahoyo a sus clientes

Nowadays the internet is very important both in homes and in offices. JATNET is a company that is purely dedicated to selling internet service (ISP), the company is located in a central area of the City of Babahoyo, Los Ríos Province. In this case study, the internet service provided by JATNET ISP to its clients will be evaluated, since one of the main problems the company has is loss of internet access in winter times due to failures in network infrastructure and cabling. laid both in the homes of customers and also in the different nodes that are in the city to broadcast the internet signal to customers. In this project, we worked with the Inductive methodology, using the Observation technique, carrying out inspections in the different internet transmission towers installed in the City, for which reason we also used the survey tool aimed at the owner manager and certain customers of the company to determine certain points which are essential for the study and so that in this way, evidence and clarify certain problems and effects that customers have on their equipment and wiring.
