| Tóm tắt: | Professional training of servers in hotels is very important and take into consideration, because it depends on the guest or tourist want to return, every professional must be more than prepared for the world of work because this obeys the favorable growth of the company, contributing directly to the economy of a place. The professional positions in the hotel branch are very wide and varied, and the professional who occupies one must have or possess many attitudes and knowledge in the hotel area since it is in constant contact with people of different personalities, before any inconvenience to know how to handle it, that is why from the cleaning professionals to the top managers must have basic knowledge and experience in different subjects and areas of studies, also remain in continuous training as we live in a world that evolves rapidly over time and thus develop a job and provide a quality service. The project was framed in the type of descriptive and explanatory research with the application of a series of data collection techniques and instruments, specifically direct observation, the data collection form and the interviews conducted with the owners of the tourist accommodation establishment.
