Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This research addresses the case of a 19-year-old adolescent with a diagnosis of perimembranous ventricular septal defect, with the main objective of Implementing the nursing care process, a comprehensive observation, systematic data collection and an exhaustive review of the literature related to this pathology were carried out. The results indicate that the implementation of the method of care is key as it allows the patient's needs to be seen and addressed in an orderly fashion. With careful assessment using the NANDA, NIC and NOC classifications, nursing actions can be taken to meet the needs. It is concluded, that in the present case study a tailored and consistent care scheme was created that helped sufficiently to improve the health and quality of life of the young person. |
