The case study is aimed at analyzing how cognitive distortions affect the physical, psychological and social state in patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, who have characteristics of these perceptual imbalances of reality or of events that they experience throughout their life. lifetime. These distortions are accompanied by symptoms such as nervous breakdowns, intense fear, 3 emotional instability, avoidance behavior, poor concentration.Through this investigative process, we have in conclusion that there are factors that are presented below, they can become disadvantages and increase the intensity of these cognitive distortions, also that the family has an important role to play in the prevention of these psychological problems, together with the clinical medical staff of the different Hemodialysis units |
