| Zusammenfassung: | This work measures the work environment of the 4 de Mayo health subcenter belonging to District D1201 of the Babahoyo canton, it is intended to know how power groups and work conflicts affect a good work environment, in such a way that they allow to provide internal and external users of quality health services. The objective of this research is to analyze the work environment in the May 4 health center and in turn to determine the existing problems in relation to the current work environment that is appreciated, to know the inconveniences that occur in this health subcenter and to provide guides to solve problems and improve the work environment. Satisfaction and work environment, labor conflicts, motivation and other factors that can directly affect the work environment of workers in this health center are conceptualized. Subsequently, through the analysis of surveys, an attempt is made to determine the reality of labor conflict in the Health Area. In this sense, some concrete actions are proposed to improve the work environment. Finally, some conclusions are detailed about the work environment that allows the officials of this Health House to have a better quality of working life. |
