Summary: | The management of human talent today is a tool used by organizations and institutions for the optimization, training, orientation and effectiveness of human resources, enhancing their abilities and skills, aimed at improving the work activities of their members. Similarly, when relating it to the administrative work of the secretaries of the Faculty of Legal, Social and Educational Sciences, it can be considered that this management is aimed at making the activities of the aforementioned secretaries more efficient, effective and operational. In this way, within the present case study, the general objective of analyzing how the management of human talent impacts on the administrative roles of the secretaries of the Faculty of Legal, Social and Educational Sciences is considered, considering the parameters and factors that these contain and their employment possibilities. For the development of this case study, a non-experimental, cross-sectional design was used since the variables are not manipulated and refers to a certain time and place, with a qualitative approach when trying to present the qualities found of the object of study, of the type Descriptive oriented when describing the results evidenced after the study and explanatory in that the development and results of the research work are expressed in a logical and sequential way, using inductive methods when the part of a whole is going to be studied and deductive when it is deduced from the everything to reach conclusions and recommendations |
