Περίληψη: | This case study entitled “Sales management in the Domenica Bazar in the parish of San Juan, Canton Puebloviejo, period 2024” has as its main objective to analyze the factors that influence the commercial performance and propose strategies to strengthen sales management, an entity whose economic activity is the retail sale of clothing, Despite the recent incursion into the market, it faces difficulties that affect the premises, such as the lack of signage and the attraction of new customers, and one of the disadvantages it faces is the intense competition that has affected its positioning in the market. In addressing these problems, the performance of the local was evaluated through research indicators, such as SWOT in order to know the shortcomings that impact the local, also identify areas for improvement through an interview with the owner Jairon Rodriguez Bajaña, in order to propose new strategies that seek to improve the growth of the local, based on the results obtained, we seek to provide strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening and obtaining a better profitability, improving the economic income of the business and obtain greater recognition of the local and thus consolidate within the parish in the long term. |
