In addressing these problems, the performance of the local was evaluated through research indicators, such as SWOT in order to know the shortcomings that impact the local, also identify areas for improvement through an interview with the owner Jairon Rodriguez Bajaña, in order to propose new strategies that seek to improve the growth of the local, based on the results obtained, we seek to provide strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening and obtaining a better profitability, improving the economic income of the business and obtain greater recognition of the local and thus consolidate within the parish in the long term.
