| Izvleček: | The present investigative work is related to the administrative management which implies different measures about the planning, organization, direction and control of the resources. In addition to an efficient management that guarantees the institutional strengthening and effective performance of the employees; to achieve a series of objectives which have been proposed to improve the work performance of the administrative staff of the human talent area in the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Canton Caluma, Province of Bolívar. This work is explorative, descriptive and explanatory, applied to a sample of 49 users and 20 administrative employees, for which the surveys were used based on a structured questionnaire where a series of conclusions were obtained: the administrative staff; who are not properly organized, or motivated and lack administrative strategies that allows to have better performance and work performance, lack of attention, outdated knowledge little communication and collaboration between colleagues, in addition to poor management of functions by employees. The recommendations that were reached were: that the administrative staff should be trained in customer service, specialized knowledge, distribution and coordination of the charges according to the profiles and also on the manual functions. |
