Arterial Hypertesion that occurs after twenty weeks of gestation and recovers after delivery correspond to the second group , may be gestational Hypertesion or transitory , when the Arterial Hypertesion is only the clinical sign, or preeclampsia, a multisystem syndrome in which the most frequent manifestation is proteinuria Arterial Hypertesion its diagnosis should be considered when a target of any white organ. Without Proteinuria, Eclampsia defines the picture of seizuresin a patient with preeclampsia. A pregnant woman with Chronic arterial Hypertesion can manifest a preeclampsia over-aggregated , being these the ranks of worse perinatal maternal prognosis. |

Un reconocimiento precoz sería lo mejor para manejar cada caso de la manera más consciente, teniendo siempre en cuenta el potencial efecto adverso de los fármacos que se utilizan en la madre y su repercusión en el feto. La Hipertension Arterial que ocurre después de las 20 semanas de gestación y se recupera después del parto corresponde al segundo grupo; puede ser hipertensión gestacional o transitoria cuando la Hipertension Arterial es el único signo clínico, o preeclampsia, un síndrome multisistémico en el cual la manifestación más frecuente es proteinuria e Hipertension Arterial, debiendo considerarse su diagnóstico cuando se detecta compromiso de algún órgano blanco, aún sin proteinuria. Eclampsia define al cuadro de convulsiones en una paciente con preeclampsia.
