The present case study “Analysis of the computer system in the transit department in the municipality of canton las naves (SIUT the ships)” was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the computer system and being able to discover if it has any type of flaws or vulnerabilities. that this web system is in charge of the stored documentation of the respective procedures that are carried out in the department For the development of this case study, the descriptive analytical method was chosen through the functional test also called the black box test with which we will determine the functionality of the system and its interface also used the qualitative method with the respective tool that is the interview that was conducted to the engineer in charge of the transit department of the municipality of canton las naves With the results of the black box test it was determined that the system is well validated has a friendly interface and that it is in the SPA format where all the screens are shown on the same page, in addition to the interview it was determined that the system It was developed to maintain the documentation of the procedures that citizens carry out within the department, there are three types of user director or administrator, digitizer and administrative assistant and that the staff that is currently working is not well trained 0and familiar with the system
