Actitudes y Prácticas Éticas de la secretaria y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral del departamento de coordinación de Secretariado Ejecutivo Bilingüe

This research work focuses on the realization of the case study with the objective of Investigating the insufficiency of the attitude and practices of the secretary and its incidence in the work performance of the coordination department of the Bilingual Executive Secretariat of the Technical University of Babahoyo, Los Ríos province, an institution dedicated to providing education through knowledge and learning practices, the development of this work is carried out through field research with the application of the deductive and descriptive method, which will not obtain precise information from In general, on the topic presented, the development of the interview was very efficient at the time of gathering information because it clearly led us to obtain very relevant opinions from the secretary. Excellent results are obtained with the information obtained in this research work that revealed the shortcomings in relation to the problem that harms the professional image of the secretary and the corporate image of the institution, with all this it was achieved in an aim that The secretary feeds herself with knowledge about attitude and ethical practices that help her to carry out her work activities efficiently.
