The management audit is responsible for evaluating the structure of the organization through control methods, operational methods and use of human and material resources of the organization. The Compañía Agrícola Bananera “Isabel María” is an organization specialized in the production and export of bananas at an international level. He owns three companies that produce high-quality bananas, each of which has about 50 hectares, Founded in May 1985, the problem that arises today, the administration of the administrative region is not good, which revealed many abnormalities like; Low production efficiency, poor field application and as a result, the talent department does not enforce the rights of the collaborators, the work documents are incomplete and the work environment is unstable. Within the company, there is a great need for honest, accurate and timely information that compels all employees and managers in various fields to direct efforts to achieve the stated goals and mission. That is why it is important to carry out a periodic management audit that details the current conditions, using said audit, the opportunities and weaknesses of the company. The importance of this type of audit includes the review of administrative and accounting processes to reveal deficiencies that allow corrective actions to be taken, which is beneficial for the sustainability of the business. Qualitative and quantitative research techniques, tools to interview managers and survey key company employees, review of company documents, and the COSO methodology were used to measure the company's internal risk management system and controls.
