In addition, the facilities of the complex should be improved and maintained adequately to offer a better service, the price of access to the establishment should be evaluated and this will increase the influx of tourists, in order to create sources of jobs within the community. |

In addition, the facilities of the complex should be improved and maintained adequately to offer a better service, the price of access to the establishment should be evaluated and this will increase the influx of tourists, in order to create sources of jobs within the community.El desarrollo del estudio de caso se realizó en la parroquia Isla de Bejucal del cantón Baba perteneciente a la Provincia de Los Ríos, el cual consta con dos atractivos dentro del cantón, como el complejo turístico Rock and Straw y el complejo turístico Boga, por lo tanto están relacionado con el estudio de la satisfacción de los usuarios debido al personal el cual no es especializado en el área de turismo para ofrecer una buena atención ya que no pueden cumplir con las expectativas de los turistas. Mediante capacitación constante a los empleados del lugar, traerá como consecuencia la mejora del servicio, lo cual permitirá que el turista tenga una mejor visión del complejo.
