Samenvatting:The objective of this research was the management of Human Talent in the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG), in the city of Babahoyo during the 2021 period, based on the analysis of the difficulties produced by the absence of qualified personnel who contribute to the Responsible for the management of Human Talent in the Los Ríos District Office, the ministerial entity where the study was carried out. The research was focused on the lines of research established by the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Informatics of the Technical University of Babahoyo for "Financial Management, Administration, Audit and Control", under the research subline "Companies and Public and Private Institutions ”Of the Commercial Engineering career, and for this purpose, it was proposed to carry out an investigation based on a non-experimental design, field type, evaluative level and supported by a documentary review, under a mixed approach that contemplates qualitative and quantitative validations. As a result, he diagnosed the problematic situation that the Department of Human Talent is going through at MAG, since by not having the necessary human resources, they cannot carry out the development of their activities, which generates discontent among its servers. Based on this reality, the researcher made the pertinent recommendations, highlighting the adequacy of the Department in question.
