What is intended to be achieved in this case study is to determine the emerging post-pandemic psychopathological symptoms in the psychological area of a 40-year-old woman from Las Naves Canton, therefore, to obtain information, it will be necessary to apply psychometric tests and structure of a therapeutic scheme for the remission of the patient's symptoms, for this purpose, three evaluation sessions were used as a methodology for the approach in which the results of the clinical observation and the results of the DASS21, BDI-II and BAI tests were recorded. , used with the purpose of measuring the presence and severity of symptoms of depression, based on the results obtained, the diagnosis of the patient F41.2 mixed anxious-depressive disorder is proposed, in response to providing relief to the patient's discomfort, a scheme is proposed therapeutic with a cognitive behavioral approach, in order to modify the patient's nuclear beliefs from the r cognitive restructuring, concluding that the case could fulfill the objective, since the results obtained denote the presence of depressive and anxiety syndromes, such as sadness or anticipatory concerns present in the patient.
