الملخص:Banking control arises from the need to integrate financial and tax systems to strengthen the economies of countries. In Latin America, banking contributes to economic development and increases the liquidity of individual and business economies, leading to a cycle of productivity. In Ecuador, commercial transactions over $1000 must be banked to obtain tax and financial benefits. This case study highlights the importance of applying accounting and tax regulations for the deduction of taxes on costs and expenses in the commercial company Blanca Rosa Export S.A. Emphasis is placed on the use of the financial system for commercial operations to prevent cash embezzlement and ensure cost-effective tax payments. A quantitative and descriptive research methodology is used, and information is gathered through bibliographic research and a structured interview with the company representative. The objective is to provide an objective response to current company problems and verify compliance with tax regulations using the financial system. This case study determined that Blanca Rosa Export S.A complies with current tax regulations by using banking in transactions over $1,000. However, there are still cash transactions that do not go through the financial system.
