LA ALTA DISPONIBILIDAD EN LA TRASMISIÓN DE DATOS DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE OFRECE EL SISTEMA DE MATRICULACIÓN(SAIUTB) DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE BABAHOYO

With the sanctification of the users, the quality of the web service offered by the institution will be obtained, for a company, organization and educational institution, it is an indispensable resource to provide an efficient, quality and up-to-date service, this makes it stand out in its objectives, scope and goals that have proposed, the research work done to users of the Technical University of Babahoyo addressed to the registration system (SAIUTB), is a large number of users who make daily use of the processes and services offered by the website. For this research project will provide us with significant knowledge by conducting a descriptive research, we visualize the reality of the problems we encounter when we get the different opinions of users through observation, we will know the different processes performed with their due attention to demonstrate the attention of each of them in the questions mentioned. The results that we obtained in the investigation are the sample of the analysis made of the situation that is currently experienced in the registration processes for the inconvenience issued by the users of the registration system (SAIUTB), and the opportunities for improvement regarding the development of an architecture using HAProxy and a load balancing algorithm to improve the web server and provide an efficient service at the Technical University of Babahoyo. With this work, the engineering processes are approved by applying computer technologies to improve the quality of service.
