Niveles de venta de la Gasolinera Clyan en la parroquia Isla de Bejucal del cantón Baba, durante el periodo 2023.

This case study analyzes the sales levels of the Clyan gas station in the Isla de Bejucal parish of the Baba canton during the year 2023, focusing on significant fluctuations identified through a comparison matrix, which revealed a 6.97% growth in total sales between the first and second semesters. The research justifies the need to understand and address the causes of these variations to ensure the sustainability of the gas station, providing valuable information for improving commercial practices. The general objective of the study was to diagnose current issues in sales performance using descriptive research techniques. The methodology included surveys of 218 customers and the semi-annual sales comparison, identifying factors influencing fuel consumption. The results showed a positive customer perception of service and quality, although areas for improvement in advertising and promotion were highlighted. The conclusions emphasized the importance of more effective marketing strategies and adapting to market demands to maintain and increase sales levels, ensuring the long-term stability and growth of the gas station.
