Emerge gradualmente a nivel físico y se analiza a través de diversas herramientas de evaluación, como la historia clínica, las observaciones clínicas y las herramientas de evaluación psicológica, como: La prueba de depresión de Beck, la prueba de ansiedad de Beck y el inventario de agotamiento de Maslach pueden ayudarlo a detectar síntomas específicos de manera cognitiva, emocional, mental, social y físico, compatibles con los problemas del paciente. De esta manera también se utilizaron técnicas de Terapias cognitivo-conductual y técnicas similares se utilizaron durante las sesiones y se envió a casa como tarea, todo esto acompañado de una metodología cualitativa y con ayuda de la clasificación Internacional de enfermedades.
