| Резюме: | The organizational climate is called the key and important factor that allows the development of the work functions and activities that each employee is assigned in a specific place or area. Considering that its inefficient application directly affects the performance and compliance of human talent as well as the established organizational objectives and plans to be executed in a given period. This case study analyzes the work environment of the Veintimilla Furniture Store in the Febres Cordero Parish in the Babahoyo canton for the period 2022, which affects the performance of the company's staff. In which, the descriptive method was applied, because it allowed the observed facts to be established in detail, that is, to clearly define the characteristic points of the population under study, allowing the elements used in the research to be revealed. The results obtained in this case study show that the work environment of the Veintimilla furniture store in the Febres Cordero parish is an affected environment, since there are different problematic causes identified thanks to the analysis carried out, based on the levels of staff dissatisfaction. in terms of its recognition and execution of activities in a harmonious environment. |
