Shrnutí:In the study carried out, the general objective has been evident, to apply the nursing process in a 22-week pregnant woman with a diagnosis of fetal death plus hypovolemic shock. Regarding the methodology, it has been based on the analysis of a clinical case based on a pregnant woman with severe-severe complications based on a fetal death with hypovolemic shock due to blood loss due to hemorrhage, in the analysis carried out it has been detected as The results obtained revealed a series of clinical findings, such as cervical tear, post-abortion hemorrhage and a laboratory profile that indicated certain imbalances, such as leukocytosis and decreased hemoglobin and hematocrit. Regarding the conclusions, the complexity of the clinical situation could be determined, highlighting the presence of physical and emotional complications in the patient. Fetal death and hypovolemic shock represented significant challenges for the medical and nursing team. Recommendations derived from this analysis include the need for comprehensive psychological support strategies for the pregnant woman, as well as specific interventions to address hypovolemic shock, such as adequate fluid administration and continuous monitoring.
