Con el tiempo se a hecho acreedora a una cartera vencida la cual ha resultado muy difícil a los asesores recuperarla, la entidad no cuenta con un departamento de cobranza por lo cual los asesores son los encargados de realizar la visita y notificación al socio desde el primer día vencido.
