The present case of study called Inventory Inventory Analysis in the System of Industrial Store Company (Aunt) SA, for the branch 133 Babahoyo, aims to analyze the impact that causes not having a good system management Inventory control that uses said company, whose name is "Aunt Internal". By not having a system to control the merchandise under the appropriate conditions, it has influenced the productivity of this company because in many cases the system collapses at the time of having many people in connectivity when making the general inventory this generates loss Time for the premises by the realization of the reconcination the next day because it is not reached to count all the items in a single day, the branch passes with its closed doors and this causes loss of money in the company. For this reason, to achieve this objective, theoretical bases were used based on the problems presented in this case study. The inconveniences that exist in the business were analyzed, the same ones that are detailed in the development of work. The applied methodology was through the use of a method which is the inductive and the types of research were, qualitative and quantitative, the techniques that were applied are an interview and survey, each consist of five questions, was obtained as a result that there is a Inadequate Management of the Inventory Control System of Stores Aunta SA
