From the results of the aforementioned tools, it was obtained that the user met the diagnoses for F11 (opiate use), F12 (cannabis use), F14 (cocaine use) associated with F91.2 (socialized conduct disorder) and F43.2 (adjustment disorder), that is, polydrug addiction and dual pathology, all these disorders are part of Ulisses Syndrome, so it was necessary to implement a cognitive-behavioral cutting scheme to suppress or at least reduce the damage that it was causing in the subject, having positive short-term effects, requiring follow-up to motivate adherence to treatment and prevent relapses.
