Análisis del discurso xenofóbico hacía los venezolanos en la fanpage de los medios de comunicación de la Provincia de Los Ríos

In this case study, the xenophobic discourse towards Venezuelans in the social media Facebook network of the province of Los Ríos was analyzed. The design of this research is qualitative, through diagnostic and descriptive research, based on observation and interview techniques. In the results of this investigation, it was detected that there is an informative treatment that encourages xenophobia, since in order to avoid falling into these, a journalistic treatment manual was proposed towards migrants, where it is explained what should be avoided in the narratives of the information.
