Debido a los acontecimientos sucedidos a causa de la Pandemia Covid-2019, la cual provoco varias dificultades en diferentes instituciones, empresas o cualquier tipo de negocio, donde se pudo evidenciar la gran necesidad del uso de aplicaciones web que le permita al usuario poder acceder a la información y realizar cualquier tipo de trámite.
