Engadir etiqueta | Summary: | The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness and compliance of its administrative processes and explain that effective administrative management facilitates the total development of the company through the appropriate use of human, financial, material and technological resources. This research proposal is the same one that was allowed by the owner of Despensa y Ferretería Mechita, which in the last year has been affected and has experienced unfavorable changes for the company which had an economic impact on the business. The company was in a situation in which there was no planning of activities, neither in the short, much less in the long term, little assertive communication between workers, lack of responsibility on their part, little control of activities to the point of affecting customers receiving expired or poor condition products, putting the company's reputation at risk. Due to the current situation of the business and in order to achieve its development, it was recommended to establish alternatives such as: implement an administrative management system that allows compliance with administrative processes, establish clear communication channels to improve labor relations, apply control in daily activities and promote feedback, avoiding future losses. For this research work, the deductive-inductive research methodology was used, which allowed us to analyze the fundamental aspects that affect the normal development of the business, which served to obtain conclusions from the data investigated. On the other hand, the research is framed in the analytical method, offering a detailed understanding of internal control and each of the elements involved in business activity, integrating them in a way that improves effectiveness that contributes to the success of the business. |
