La metodología que utilizaremos será descriptiva y analíticos, vamos a detallar cómo se realizó el control de inventarios, la población está conformado por el personal de administrativo de la empresa en estudio, teniendo como entrevistados al contador, administrador y el operativo, documentos operativos y la observación. Se utilizó la técnica de entrevista, observación para poder obtener información precisa y confiable.
