The main goal proposed is the guidance through the development of a nursing care plan in this way to meet the needs of the user and serving as a guide to establish the most optimal activities to perform to restore the patient's health. The fact that as a nursing professional having a clear theoretical basis to define, know and treat the aforementioned problem is of great importance not only for the user but also as a professional training. Taking a balanced diet that incorporates carbohydrates, fats, proteins will help in an essential way so that the fetus has an adequate growth and development during the gestation period in this way during the birth process, there are no significant complications that compromise the integrity and be the fetus' mum. |

La educación para la salud es fundamental mediante este conocimiento se puede prevenir esta enfermedad y molestias durante el periodo de gestación. La principal meta propuesta es la orientación mediante la elaboración de un plan de atención de enfermería de esta manera poder satisfacer las necesidades del usuario y sirviendo de guía para establecer las actividades mas optimas a realizar para restablecer la salud del paciente. El resaltar que como profesional de enfermería el tener una base teórica clara para definir, conocer y tratar el problema ya mencionado es de gran importancia no solo para el usuario sino como formación profesional.
