A concept that is conditioned by factors of the perception and characteristics of the employees, but also by the actions of the company. The term also refers to the state of mind of the members of an organization and how this influences business results. A good work environment improves employee productivity, and a bad one, in fact, generates conflicts and objectives are not achieved. It generates a feeling of belonging to the company in the employees: when people feel that their work is useful for something more than to generate money for the company, their commitment becomes increasingly important for the candidates and is linked to another concept: that of emotional salary. If we do not take care of the work environment of our organization, we will be exposing ourselves to a potential talent drain. |
