Shrnutí:Preeclampsia is a multisystemic syndrome that affects pregnant women, if it is not diagnosed and treated early it can lead to complications: eclampsia and hellp syndrome, in Latin America this condition is responsible for 25.7% of deaths maternal deaths and in Ecuador by 2021 it is responsible for 35% of maternal deaths. The origin of pre-eclampsia is not well evidenced, but recent studies have concluded that the origin of the disease is due to a narrowing of the spiral arteries of the placenta, preventing the correct blood supply to the new being, the characteristic symptoms of the disease are severe headache, tinnitus, elevated blood pressure values, elevated creatinine, and the presence of proteinuria. In the present case study, PROCESO ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERIA EN PACIENTE DE 37 SEMANAS DE GESTACIÓN CON PREECLAMPSIA, a continuous monitoring of the patient's evolution was carried out by means of the execution of the nursing plans, continuously monitoring the blood pressure levels, the patient evolved adequately to pharmacological and nursing treatment.
