The methodology applied in this case study is the inductive method, in addition, information was obtained through an interview with the Financial Director and the collection of documentary information presented by the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Canton Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno (Jujan), which in this case are the budgetary income statements for the year 2020. All this information is complemented with bibliographic data consulted in books, laws, scientific journals and other sources. |

All this information is complemented with bibliographic data consulted in books, laws, scientific journals and other sources.El presente estudio de caso práctico elaborado en el Cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno (Jujan), provincia del Guayas tiene como tema “Análisis de la ejecución presupuestaria de ingresos del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno (Jujan) en el año 2020”, en donde se presenta información presupuestaria de los ingresos recaudados de dicho periodo, los cuales han tenido una significativa reducción en comparación a la asignación inicial. El estudio se realiza mediante la aplicación de herramientas financieras como es el análisis vertical y horizontal, al rubro de ingresos corrientes, de capital y financiamiento presentados en la cédula de ingresos de la entidad municipal, se utilizan indicadores de gestión presupuestaria para así conocer el nivel de eficiencia y eficacia de los ingresos y también se aplica el cálculo de indicadores financieros presupuestarios. La metodología aplicada en el presente estudio de caso es el método inductivo, además se obtuvo información mediante una entrevista a la Directora Financiera y la recopilación de información documental presentada por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno (Jujan), que en este caso son las cédulas presupuestarias de ingresos del año 2020.
