Las ventas efectuadas a créditos constituyen una herramienta importante para el crecimiento de los negocios en los diferentes mercados se opta por este método con la finalidad de incrementar las operaciones y hacer más eficiente la relación con los clientes y el mercado en general. Este tratado se va a desarrollar en la Agencia Marcimex S.A – Babahoyo, este almacén pertenece al Sector Comercial dedicados a la venta al por mayor y menor de electrodomésticos de consumo y soluciones para el hogar, es la tercera Empresa Nacional con el capital más alto dentro de este sector específico. La empresa inicia sus actividades en la ciudad de Babahoyo en Agosto del año del 2007 manteniéndose en estado activo hasta la actualidad. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo enfocarse en los seguimientos a los procesos del manual de créditos y de cobranzas.
